My partner needed something taken to the post office today, so it gave me a (somewhat) acceptable reason to run an errand I’d been looking forward to doing.
McMurdo pretty well depleted my stamp supply; I mailed a few off today with my last few stamps and picked up a new sheet of dinosaurs and a handful of non-machineable surcharge stamps (as is polite to use if you’re using wax seals). Seems like the run of the lenticular dinosaurs stamps is just about over — darn, next to the planets, those were probably my favorite ones.
